Terms of Use:

Welcome to the 24/7 Video Security Web site (the "Site"). By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, please do not use the Site. 24/7 Video Security may from time to time modify or revise the Terms by updating this Web page. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your use of the Site.


It is our policy to respect the privacy of individuals who visit the Site or provide Comments to us. Our privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy"), which you may view at [URL TO POLICY], is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you expressly consent to the use and disclosure of your personally identifiable and other information as described in the Privacy Policy.


These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the CA without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by 24/7 Video Security.


The following are the Warranty provisions:

  1. 24/7 Video Security Warrants its’ products for a period of two(2) years from the date of Installation/Operation unless otherwise stated.
  2. Any equipment that is defective will be replaced or repaired free of charge including installation within this Warranty period.
  3. Any equipment that is damaged by vandalism, acts of nature and/or any other means except for equipment failure within the warranty period of 2 years will be replaced by paying for the replacement equipment and installation cost at the time of replacement.
  4. 24/7 Video Security reserves the right to to replace any equipment of the Customers’ that it deems is not performing per 24/7 Video Security Standards. This replacement will be free of charge to the Customer. A new Warranty period will begin upon installation of the equipment.

Miscellaneous Policies:

The following are the policies of 24/7 Video Security:

  1. Prices are as agreed to by the signatures of a 24/7 Video Security Representative and the Customer.
  2. Installation locations on an installation diagram will be as agreed to by the signatures of a 24/7 Video Security Representative and the Customer.
    • Any modifications to the installation locations must be made before installation and signed by a 24/7 Video Security Representative and the Customer.
    • Any modifications after installation will be subject to additional cost.
  3. If Customer desires Internet accessibility to the video security system, the Internet connection must be active and available for programming by the time the equipment is installed. If 24/7 Video Security needs to return to the Customers’ location to program the Internet accessibility, a minimum service charge of $50/hr (and/or any portion thereof) will be collected.
  4. A 24/7 Video Security Representative will train the Customer in the use of the video security system after installation.
  5. If at any time 24/7 Video Security determines that a piece of equipment is not performing as required, 24/7 Video Security will arrange to replace the equipment without any cost to the Customer. If the Customer refuses to allow 24/7 Video Security to replace this equipment at the time it was offered, then the Warranty on that particular piece of equipment will become null and void. If the Customer suffers any malfunctions with this equipment in the future, 24/7 Video Security may replace this equipment at additional cost to the Customer.
  6. In the Event that the Customers’ Router has been replaced or Hard Reset to factory default and 24/7 Video Security needs to send a technican to re-program the Router, a minimum service charge of $50/hr (and/or any portion thereof) will be collected.
